This four-part online course is an invitation to deepen your connection with the land, the changing seasons, and the wild wisdom within you.
As you move through the year, you’ll learn to work with the plants around you—understanding their medicinal, nutritional, and emotional gifts, harvesting them in harmony with the seasons, and rediscovering the ancient folklore woven into their history.
Through recipes, rituals, potions, and journaling, you’ll reawaken the alchemist within—getting your hands in the earth, working with the elements, and cultivating a relationship with nature that feels intuitive and alive in your daily life.
This isn’t just about learning—it’s about remembering. A way to feel more rooted, connected, and in tune with the natural cycles that hold us, season after season.
Move at your own pace through the seasons. Whether you're drawn to foraging, herbalism, rituals, or simply seeking a deeper relationship with the land, this course gently guides you back to a more natural rhythm.
Do you feel life moving too fast? Like the modern world has pulled you away from the wilder, more connected parts of yourself? Do you long to learn, feel, and reconnect with the magical rhythms of the Earth?
Perhaps you're looking to deepen your knowledge and explore the ancient stories of the land and folklore, immerse yourself in seasonal recipes and remedies, or discover the energetics of plants.
This course is designed for real life. No overwhelming lessons, just practical wisdom to integrate into your days. Whether you have some experience or none at all. If you feel the pull, this course is for you.

Frankie Paz is an author, plant-based chef, and storyteller devoted to nature’s wisdom and its power to bring balance to everyday life. Inspired by her time in sustainable Colombian villages and the teachings of her grandmother—a legendary plant whisperer and WWII homeopathic nurse—Frankie bridges the ancient world with the modern. She’s studied modern psychology, explored mysticism, and believes that nature is our greatest teacher—holding the key to guiding us back to ourselves, unlocking deeper creativity, flow, and connection.
Rooted in folk traditions and plant magic, she helps others rediscover their wild, untamed essence by embracing the rhythms of the earth. When she’s not foraging or crafting herbal elixirs, you’ll find her on her London narrowboat, hosting moonlit jams, ceremonial supper clubs, and alchemical potion workshops. A force of nature herself, she celebrates the messiness and magic of life, honoring the wild within and the ever-turning cycles of the natural world.
Zena Winterbottom is a herbalist, forager & community builder that has a deep passion for reconnecting and regenerating our relationship to the land. Inspired by her studies with the Scottish School of Herbalism and The Evolutionary School of Herbalism, she believes that a more fulfilled life, is a life entwined and reciprocal to nature's wisdom.
As a co-founder to Lovejam Festival, she is determined to create community, nationwide events & an impact that nurtures our creativity, health, minds & soul as an act of rebellion towards today’s disconnection & disharmony.
